Welcome to Sinotruk Spareparts Uganda. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Availability

We supply spare parts for HOWO Sinotruk, FAW, SHACMAN, and FOTON trucks. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are provided in applicable currency and may change without notice. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, our team will confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if necessary.

4. Delivery

Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation. We deliver within Kampala and across other regions, with timelines and transport details communicated during order processing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items may be accepted for return or exchange upon prior agreement with our team. To be eligible, products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the parts ordered are correct for their vehicle. Our team is available to provide guidance, but final verification rests with the buyer.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Not all products may carry a warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sinotruk Spareparts Uganda shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
